People are the single, most powerful component of every business - regardless of size. In today's workplace, people somehow think that working on processes is what drives business ahead. Process improvement may or may not relate to all of the people in your organization. However, people improvement will impact every process in your organization.
We are experts when it comes to people skills. Some refer to what we do as building "soft skills". Consultant Brownie Wise said, "Build the people and they will build the business." UTC builds productivity and organizational output/capacity by enhancing the people skills at all levels of your organization.
That's who we are. And we do it by reaching people in the one place where they are fully themselves, we do it by getting to the spot where lasting decisions are made, we do it by reaching and changing hearts, we do it by showing people themselves and infusing the desire for better, we do it by changing lives.
Bruce Manchionis founder and CEO of Universal Training Concepts, Inc. He is a sought after keynote speaker, trainer and consultant, doing work worldwide for clients. The Team
Dr. Dawn Martin is a partner in Progressive Orthodontics in Gainesville, FL. She completed her dental training at both the University of Florida, where she earned her DMD, and at Baylor College of Dentistry, where she earned her MS. She has been practicing in Gainesville and Lake City, Florida since 1999. She is a member of the North Central Florida Study Club, AAO, SAO, and FAO and the ADA, FDA, and ACDA as well as the Baylor Orthodontic Alumni Association. She is currently serving as the Central District representative to the Florida Dental Association's Council on Communications. Dawn is also a charter graduate of UTC's Dental Leadership Conference.
Christene Pippin is owner of Core Consulting Group. They provide specialty specific referral based marketing, implementation of practice management systems, team member training and leadership coaching. Core Consulting Group exists to serve by providing solutions.
Dr. Larry Hagenis principle of Hagen Dental Practice in Cincinnati, OH. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. After earning his doctorate in 1979, he returned to Cincinnati where he entered private practice. He is a member of the American Dental Society, the Ohio Dental Association and the Cincinnati Dental Society. Larry provides training to other dentists on the CEREC computerized dental restoration system. He also conducts lectures for area dental professionals, provides consultations for nursing home residents and offers dental education to local students. Larry is a graduate of UTC's Dental Leadership Conference.
Melinda Heryford is owner of Melinda Heryford Practice Management Consultants. Melinda specializes in professional development, with an emphasis on productivity, efficiency, and personal growth. Melinda is known for her ability not only to enhance communications within teams but also to create a more productive, satisfying work environment.
Marlon King is owner and President of Core to Core Training. Marlon has 22 years of experience in training and development. He specializes in building multicultural teams and in human resource management, having spent six years in South America organizing teams for self-sufficiency.
Sheri Kay is owner and President of Sheri Kay and Team Vision. Sheri has 12 years of experience as a trainer, facilitator and speaker. She specializes in teamwork and coaching, particularly in the health care field. Sheri's hallmark is delivering a high level of effectiveness within teams.
Ed Warren is President of Epiphany Consulting, LLC, a consulting practice specializing in Organizational Development and management support services. Ed also is Director of Operations & Strategic Development at Focus Solutions, Inc. He has more than 25 years experience in HR disciplines including training, diversity management, staffing and as a corporate HR generalist who achieves meaningful results for organizations. Ed has worked nationally and internationally and has been consistently recognized for his effectiveness.
Dr. Sharona Dayanis principle of Aurora Periodontal Care in Weston, MA. Dr. Dayan is the published author of: Oral Epithelial Over Expression of IL-1 Alpha causes Periodontal Disease,- Journal: J Dental Research, 2004 and Contemporary Issues in the Diagnosis of Pemphigoid, - Journal: OOO, 1999. She is the Director of Boston Dental Alliance, an affiliate of the distinguished Seattle Study Club, a world leader in dental continuing education. Sharona is a graduate of UTC's Dental Leadership Conference.
